central location and comfortable stay
room upgrade birthday note complimentary water
the location was very convenient a short walk from the train station i received a room upgrade as it was a birthday celebration a note and treats were a nice touch the room had a fridge and complimentary bottled water which i found useful the room itself was quiet and clean the bed was comfortable i enjoyed the breakfast it offered a selection of warm and continental options
during my stay i noticed the absence of certain amenities while the room provided basic necessities bathrobes slippers and cotton swabs were not available this made the experience feel less luxurious than expected in a hotel of this category i hope they consider adding these items in the future

central location friendly staff green program
the location was a major plus, being so close to the central station (it made getting around very easy). i found the staff very friendly and helpful, and they always seemed happy to assist with anything i needed. i also appreciated the green program, where opting out of housekeeping earned a small gift.
the street outside was quite noisy at night. it made sleeping a little difficult sometimes.

fantastic spot!
danish breakfast nespresso machine
The danish breakfast was superb, i really loved the variety. the staff were amazing, especially betty. She is the best! i found a nespresso machine in my room, a pleasant surprise (i definitely needed it!).
everything was great until the final night, unfortunately. a group of partygoers a few doors down were loud and kept me awake all night. i had an early flight the next morning, so lack of sleep wasn't ideal.

the staff were very helpful and kind. i loved the central location (near the central station). the breakfast had good variety. i also appreciated the gifts for not opting for housekeeping, certainly keeping up with a more sustainable lifestyle.

central location friendly staff wide selection blackout curtains
the location was fantastic it was easy to reach from the train station and near many attractions the staff were friendly and helpful i enjoyed the breakfast with its wide selection of foods available i also appreciated the blackout curtains in the room they ensured a good night's sleep. The green concept, where opting out of housekeeping earns a small gift, was innovative.
the shower had a small screen that allowed water to splash across the bathroom floor after showering
